Gwynedd Manufacturing, a growing defense contractor located in North Wales, is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to producing quality products for the U.S. Department of Defense and various U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. As an innovative company offering a wide array of products (firearms and accessories), we strive to continuously develop new technology and drive process improvement.


We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives who excel in customer service, have a desire to learn our products, and have a willingness to resolve issues and answer questions in a friendly, professional manner.  Applicants will handle every aspect of order management as well as some product support with the customer in a way that is patient, friendly, and informative.  We are looking for someone to help assist our customers and provide the best customer service experience possible.



­-          Exceptional customer service in a retail/e-commerce environment

­-          Development of knowledge of firearms and the associated components related to our products

­-          Collaborate with and provide feedback to team mates about products

­-          Working with some social media elements

­-          Assisting and providing support to customers via email or over the phone in relation to product/ orders

­-          Must stay up-to-date with the industry and growing trends

­-          Demonstrate knowledge of safe firearms handling as well as an understanding of regulations / maintaining compliance within the Industry

­-          Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies.

­-          Must develop and maintain an understanding and proficiency with our web stores

­-          Must develop and maintain a basic understanding and proficiency with all of our product

­-          Must develop and maintain an understanding and proficiency with all aspects of order management

­-          Must develop and maintain an understanding and proficiency with our inventory process



­-          Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel and Outlook; typing is required

­-          Applicant must be comfortable and able to work with firearms components

­-          Maintain a friendly and positive attitude

­-          Flexibility and adaptability to change along with the ability to multitask

­-          Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), problem solving skills, and attention to detail

­-          Passion and willingness to learn new products and platforms

­-          Share responsibility of self-development with immediate supervisor

­-          Must be able to pass a 4473 Background Check

­-          Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time

­-          Ability to work on weekday overtime, weekends, and major US holidays as needed

­-          Occasional overnight travel


Desired Experience

­-          Military and Law Enforcement backgrounds preferred

­-          A background in Gunsmith Experience/Armorer work

­-          An understanding of safe handling of firearms and firearms components

­-          Any experience competing in shooting sports  

­-          Prior experience working in either in a retail store (gun store, range, or sporting goods store ) or via e-commerce

­-          Working a booth for trade shows
